Delivery is free within a 5 km radius of Albany.

Return visits to collect misplaced platters will incur an additional charge.

Delivered Order Cancellation

< 20 Guests - 24 hours notice is required or full price will be charged.

20 – 50 Guests - 3 days notice is required or 50% of price will be charged.

> 50 – 5 days notice is required or 50% of price will be charged.

Cancellation for hosted events:

15 days or more prior to the event - loss of deposit only

14 days or less prior to the event - 50% of total event charge (at our discretion).

Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand Dollar.

All prices quoted on this website include GST.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders which have been placed before price change will be charged at the price quoted at the time of ordering.

Prices quoted on the website may vary based on the quantity of food ordered.

All menus may be amended at short notice, subject to availability.

Written/email confirmation is required from the client for all provisional and final bookings of Hosted Events. Bookings are finalised only when confirmation is received from The Caterers.

Final guest numbers are required 14 days prior to the events which have more than 100 invitees.

The client is responsible for all hired equipment during the course of the event. Broken, lost or damaged equipment/linen will be charged at full replacement costs.

Payment

For new clients payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

For established or existing clients, payment must be made within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

If you are hosting your function on our premises, a 50% deposit of the quoted price may be required at the time of booking.

The Caterers will endeavour to deliver your requirements at an agreed time. We cannot be held responsible for abnormal traffic conditions or vehicle breakdowns outside of our control, leading to delayed deliveries.

Whilst The Caterers makes every possible effort to ensure that you have a wonderful event, we cannot be held legally responsible for external suppliers or for occurrences beyond our control.

On accepting our services, you as the client accept our terms and conditions.
